L'idea alla base del programma è la seguente: Yakko, Wakko e Dot Warner, i
fratelli Warner, sono tre personaggi a cartoni animati creati (nella finzione
dello show) tra il 1929 e il 1930 negli studios della Warner Bros., tre
diavoletti scatenati in grado di sconvolgere la anyone's life with their carefree
madness. Their animated shorts were buried and forgotten in some warehouse
the studios, as judged too absurd and surreal
for anyone, and the Warner Brothers themselves were captured and imprisoned in the tower
aqueduct of the studios, in Burbank, California after
caused too much trouble. Yakko, Wakko and Dot spent decades away from everyone, at least until the
nineties, when they decided to free themselves from prison, giving way to the adventures
